The founder of FICA with a passion of working with vulnerable children for more than 20 years. Mr. John Nyemba has extensive experience working in the Zimbabwean health sector public and private domain, first as a Quality Controller and then later responsible for community health initiative programs that included HIV/AIDS and TB programs. Besides the professional background Mr. John Nyemba is also a community and religious leader, whose commitment to working with children and families affected by HIV over the past 20 years contributed to the religious and cultural communities opening up to the reality of HIV. Securing the future of vulnerable children, women and youth remains his passion since it lays the foundation for the survival of future generations in Zimbabwe.
Mabasa Crispen Mukome is a registered legal practitioner and is the Senior Partner at M. C. Mukome Legal Practitioners. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zimbabwe (LLBs) and is currently studying for an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) at Africa University. He started practising law in July 1999 as a Professional Assistant at Muvingi & Mugadza and became the Managing Partner in February 2004 under Muvingi, Mugadza & Mukome Legal Practitioners. He went on to establish M. C. Mukome Legal Practitioners on the 1st February 2012. He has experience in legal services, management, general advice as well as counseling. He is married with 3 children.

Mr. Mutandwa has extensive experience in business management and skills development with regards to entrepreneurship. For the past ten years, he has successfully directed and continues to do so, several business ventures which include electro-communications and mining ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Entrepreneurial Development Studies (WUA, Zim) and currently pursuing a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe.
An experienced teacher/ lecturer in thematic areas such as Early Childhood Development and Home Economics, Mrs. Mutenzwa has worked extensively with children and contributed immensely to the development of teachers at tertiary level. She also has experience in working with people living with HIV and has a solid background in promoting healthy herbal food for improved health and well-being. She is also a an experienced pastor with extensive experience in providing psycho-social support.
A teacher by profession, he as extensive experience working with children in terms of career guidance, psycho-social support and educational development. He holds an HBscEd Chemistry and a Diploma in Secondary Education majoring in science.
